This project will create a dedicated training center where wrestlers of all ages can learn from great coaches, train year round, and build confidence that carries into school, work, and family life. Building Front
The front of the Benchmark Wrestling Center is designed to feel welcoming from the moment families pull up. Bright, clean signage and a clearly marked entrance make it easy for new wrestlers and parents to find their way. Large windows give a glimpse into the activity inside, sending a clear message that this is a safe, professional, and positive space for kids to train and grow.

From above, you can see how every square foot of this facility has a purpose. The layout includes dedicated training areas, space for small tournaments and camps, a lounge for families, and room to expand as the program grows. Planned parking, safe drop off zones, and clear access points help ensure that practices, events, and busy evenings run smoothly.
Lounge
The lounge will be the heart of the building away from the mats. This is where parents can relax while their kids train, where athletes can grab a snack, watch film, or cool down after a hard session, and where teams can gather before and after practice. Comfortable seating and open sightlines will make it easy to connect, build relationships, and create the kind of culture that keeps kids coming back. It is designed as a place to talk, learn, and support each other, not just pass the time.
Wrestling Mats + Garage Door
The main wrestling area will feature high quality mats, high ceilings, and a large garage style door that opens to the outside. This design will bring in fresh air and natural light, and it will allow the space to expand for camps, clinics, and special events that carry out onto the grounds. Here is where the real work happens: drilling, live wrestling, conditioning, and coaching that helps athletes reach the next level. This training space will be built to handle daily practices, intense training cycles, and major camps without compromise.
Lounge, Lobby + Donor Pillar
The lobby ties the front entrance, lounge, and donor pillar together into one key gathering space. This is where first impressions are made, where visiting families check in, and where information about camps, clinics, and events is shared. At the center of it all will stand the donor pillar, a permanent display recognizing those who chose to invest in this project. Names and giving levels will be featured here as a visible thank you to the people and organizations who helped build Benchmark Wrestling from the ground up.
Loft + Study Area
Above the main floor, the loft and study area will give student athletes a quiet place to focus on schoolwork and personal growth. This space can be used for tutoring, team meetings, film review, and small group sessions with mentors or guest speakers. By pairing academic support with elite training, Benchmark Wrestling sends a clear message: what happens in the classroom matters just as much as what happens on the mat. This area helps build complete athletes who are prepared for life, not just competition.
