Benchmark Wrestling exists because of a unique mix of family legacy, hard work, and a commitment to giving Montana athletes a place to grow. After the passing of Bob Zadick and the sale of the family business, Mike salvaged the Holiday Motors building piece by piece, preserving the steel structure and relocating it to Augusta. That repurposed building will become the home of Benchmark Wrestling and will honor the legacy Bob left behind.

As a non-profit, the facility will serve as a community hub where people of all ages can train, learn, and find inspiration. What began as a vision for a world class, Olympic-quality wrestling center has expanded into something broader—a place where student athletes can build strength, resilience, determination, and mental toughness. Benchmark will bring in Olympic and world-level athletes, coaches, entrepreneurs, and mentors to help shape not just better competitors, but stronger people.
